“It is an incredibly big achievement for the entire jö.live team,” confirmed jö.live Managing Director Michael Tippl. “We’ve been on the market for a year with our format of lifestyle radio and relaxing music that makes people happy – and the latest Radiotest figures confirm that.” he added.

The official listener totals published by Radiotest shows that jö.live is listened to by 20,000 listeners a day from Monday to Sunday. Looking at the 14-49 target group, which is the key advertising demographic, jö.live reaches a total  of 17,000 listeners from Monday to Sunday.

Tippl sees a positive development for the radio market in these numbers, as well as a positive future. “From next year, radios in new cars will be DAB+ compatible and many radio devices on the market already support the new DAB+ technology, meaning that in future many more people will be able to listen, when driving, at home or when they are out and about.” he explained.
